The Kazuo Inamori Management Research Center, also known as "Inamori Kazuo", is a non-profit learning platform proposed and authorized by Kazuo Inamori to be established in mainland China. Kazuo Inamori (Beijing) Management Consulting Co., Ltd. is responsible for its operation and management in China and Hong Kong.

In 1983, some young entrepreneurs in Kyoto approached Mr. Inamori and asked him to teach them how to run a business. In order to give back to society, Mr. Inamori agreed to share his experience with these young entrepreneurs as a volunteer despite being very busy. In this way, the spontaneous organization "Seiwajuku" was born. From that moment on, what has been flowing in the blood of Seiwajuku is "love", which is Mr. Inamori's deep care for the world and society. Over the past 30 years since the establishment of Shenghejuku, not only has the number of members continued to increase, but the quality of learning has also continued to improve. It is extremely rare in ancient and modern times, both in China and abroad, that so many entrepreneurs have followed Kazuo Inamori for such a long time and regard him as a role model in business and life. In mainland China, more than 30 provinces and cities have established Shenghejuku since 2007.
